While every event is unique and will be quoted individually, we want to share our general base rates so you can understand if the Haralson Room is right for you before continuing.

Sunday - Wednesday: $225/hr
Saturday: $300/hr with 4-hour minimum

Beverage Minimum: $15-$18 per person.

AV setup for $250 (projector, screen, microphone, speaker) plus built-in overhead speakers for music

Our on-site coordinator is required for events with 100+ guests and recommended for smaller events.

• $300 for 4 hours or less

• $400 for 5–6 hours

• $500 for up to 8 hours
