  •  The Haralson Room is a flexible, blank-canvas event space that works beautifully for a wide range of gatherings — from weddings and rehearsal dinners to corporate events, birthday parties, showers, fundraisers, and more. Celebrations with 50+ guests tend to make the best use of the space. Our open layout allows you to fully customize the room to match your vision.

  • Seated events: Our in-house furniture accommodates up to 100 guests at 6' round tables and 40 guests at high-top tables. Additional rental furniture can increase the total capacity. Fully seated events can host up to 200 guests depending on layout.

    Cocktail-style events: The space comfortably accommodates 300+ guests. Larger gatherings, like dance parties, are possible with proper planning.

  • Your rental includes:

    • 10 six-foot round tables

    • 5 six-foot  rectangular tables

    • 150 low chairs

    • 12 high-top tables

    • 40 bar stools

    • Bar service with bartending staff

    • Setup and teardown of all in-house furniture and bar services

    • Private patio usage

    AV services (projector, screen, microphone, speaker) are available as an optional add-on.

  •  All bar service is provided exclusively through Minneapolis Cider Co. A beverage minimum applies and is estimated based on guest count. Outside alcohol or beverages are not permitted.

    For daytime or alcohol-free events, a self-serve non-alcoholic beverage setup is available in lieu of full bar service.

    For food, you may choose our on-site catering partner, Breizh, or bring in an outside caterer for a $250 catering fee. We do not require specific vendors but can provide recommendations if desired.

  • Most events are booked at an hourly rental rate with a four-hour minimum. Rental time can be prorated in 15-minute increments.

    All guest setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved rental window. Our staff handles setup and teardown for in-house furniture, bar service, and in-house catered food outside of your rental time when applicable.

    Weddings are booked in 12-hour blocks with the option to add additional time as needed.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit of the room rental rate is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your event.

    A damage deposit is required for events with more than 100 guests, and details will be outlined in your rental agreement.

  •  Yes! The Haralson Room is a blank-canvas space.

    • Command hooks can be used on wood, metal, and glass surfaces. Painter’s tape is allowed on drywall. Nails, screws, or staples are not permitted.

    • Candles are allowed if contained. Glitter and confetti are not permitted.

    • All décor setup and cleanup must occur within your rental window.

  • DJs and live bands are welcome. All amplified sound must end by 12:00 a.m., unless otherwise approved in writing. Smoke machines and fog effects are not allowed; sparklers are allowed outdoors only.

  • Yes! The venue includes a private patio with patio furniture and fire pits — perfect for cocktail hours, mingling, or yard games. A large garage door connects the indoor space to the patio, creating a seamless flow and easy load-in

  • Our on-site coordinator is required for events with 100+ guests and recommended for smaller events. Pricing:

    • $300 for 4 hours or less

    • $400 for 5–6 hours

    • $500 for up to 8 hours

    Security needs are determined on a case-by-case basis and arranged by the client if required.

  • On-site parking accommodates 80+ vehicles (shared with the taproom). Additional free street parking is available nearby. The space is ADA accessible.

  • Only service animals are allowed by default. Special accommodations for other animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed pending availability, with at least three months’ notice.

  • Yes! There are no restrictions on photography or videography inside the space.

  • Yes! Free guest Wi-Fi is available with no password required.

  • Yes! Guests under 21 are welcome, and we offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for all ages.

    • Short-drop white linens for round and rectangular tables

    • Uplighting to enhance the room ambiance

    • Optional AV setup for $250 (projector, screen, microphone, speaker) plus built-in overhead speakers for music

  • While every event is unique and will be quoted individually, we want to share our general base rates so you can understand if the Haralson Room is right for you before continuing.

    • Sunday-Wedneday: $150/hour

    • Thursday-Friday: $225/hour

    • Saturday: $300/hour with a 4-hour minimum.
